Konstanze Lüken studied law at the University of Münster with the commercial law as her elective. After her legal clerkship at the District Court of Wuppertal, which she completed in 2005 with the 2nd state examination (elective: commercial law), she completed the Master’s program in intellectual property rights at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.
Ms. Lüken started out her career in 2006 as Counsel Intellectual Property, Trademarks, at Wella and Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Germany, managing the global trademark portfolios of large consumer goods brands in the area of beauty care and electronic appliances. Within the P&G group she changed jobs relocating to Switzerland in 2010 where she, as Senior Counsel IP, in addition also managed matters of competition law besides the international trademark law.
Besides her native language German, Ms. Lüken speaks English and French fluently.
Ms. Lüken has been admitted to the bar since 2008.
She works for our law firm since 2015.
