Visit of our website

The use of our site is possible without providing personal data. When you visit our website, various information (server log files) will automatically be stored. These informations include for example IP address, type of browser, your operating system, date and time as well as other similar general data. The information cannot be linked to a specific person and are used to correctly display our web page. These data are evaluated only for statistical purposes in order to optimize our service for you. These data will only be deleted upon request.

 

Plug-Ins

On our website we use plug-ins from Google according of EUDSGVO Art. 6para. 1 p. 1 lit. The underlying advertising purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. Responsibility for data protection compliant operation must be guaranteed by the respective plug in provider.


Collection, storage and use of personal data as well as type and purpose and their use

When you mandate/contact us, we collect some or all of the following information:

  • title, first name, surname
  • a valid e-mail address
  • address
  • telephone number (landline number and/or mobile number)
  • information necessary to assert and defend your rights under the mandate

This data is collected,

  • to identify you as our client
  • to provide you with appropriate legal advice and to represent you
  • to correspond with you
  • for invoicing
  • for asserting and settling any claims

The data will be processed upon your approach and is required for the purposes mentioned in Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO for the appropriate processing of the mandate and for the mutual fulfilment of obligations arising from the mandate agreement.

The personal data collected by us for the mandating/contacting will only be deleted upon request.

 

Disclosure to third parties

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

  • you have given your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO,
  • the disclosure in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and if there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
  • in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO there is a legal obligation for disclosure and
  • this is permitted by law and required by Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. B DSGVO for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

 

Rights concerned

You may request information about your data stored by us at any time. These can be corrected, blocked or, if the required period for data storage for business processing have expired, deleted or otherwise protectet from access. Our data protection officer will be happy to answer questions or you may have.

 

Changes to data protection regulations

Our data protection declaration may be adapted at irregular intervals to comply with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services, e.g. when inserting new services. The new data protection declaration will then automatically apply to your next visit.

 

Industrial property rights

All industrial property rights are stored in paper files as required by law and professionally destroyed and disposed of at the end of the relevant archiving period.

 

Data integrity

We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
