Paralegal for our Intellecutal Property Rights Management (m/f/d)
We are hoping for a responsible personality, who already has professional experience and who is a good fit for our team.
Your tasks:
- Responsible processing of domestic and foreign intellectual proprietary rights
- Independent processing of files and completion of general office organizational tasks
- Preparation and submission of applications in German and English
- Correspondence with patent and trademark offices, and with German and foreign clients, both independently as well as by dictation
- After professional and thorough familiarization with the job, you will note and manage deadlines and data relating to intellectual property rights or upholding them independently on your own
You have:
Completed professional training as paralegal, patent attorney paralegal, or a comparable qualification (change of careers possible).
- Willingness to familiarize with the topic of intellectual property rights
- Interest in an international setting
- Secure handling of word processing programs
- Organizational skills, diligence/accuracy and reliability
- Solid knowledge of English, both spoken as well as written
- Transcription of dictations
